On April 2, Thad Sandlin of Verbena will marry Joyce Baldwin of Verbena at the Sandlin residence.

Baldwin is the daughter of Jamie and Kevin Baldwin.

She is the granddaughter of the late James and Joyce Glenn, and Thurman Baldwin and the late Grace Baldwin.

Sandlin is the son of James and Patricia Sandlin of Verbena.

He is the grandson of Vivian Payne and the late Carl Edward Payne and the late Gurrie Adeline Sandlin and Thad Asbury Sandlin.

Baldwin attended Jefferson State Community College and is a veterinary technician.

Sandlin graduated from Wallace Community College with an associate’s degree in business.

The best men will be James Sandlin and Casey Meank.

Groomsmen will be Jeremy Watts and Daniel Cantley and Ryan Watts will serve as the ring bearer.

Maid of honor will be Kayla Thornton.

Bridesmaids will be Kristina Watts, Kayla Cantley, Beth Meank and Bethany Smith.

Andi Ann the border collie will be the “flower dog.”
