Connie Sue Collins, 63, of Verbena, died Dec. 6 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center.

She was born on Nov. 4, 1952, in Ohio, the daughter of James W. Collins Sr. and Lois Ann Wolfe Collins.

Surviving are her father, James W. Collins Sr. of Verbena; mother, Lois Ann Collins of Verbena; brothers, James W. Collins Jr. (Susie) of Sarasota, Fla., John P. Collins of Tampa, Fla., Shawn M. Collins of Saginaw, Mich.; sisters, Barbara K. Williams of Verbena, Jo Ann Bloomfield (Jimmy) of Clanton, Cynthia Hope Volker (Todd) of Flint, Mich. and numerous nieces and nephews that she loved and treasured.

Friends will be received from 11 a.m. until noon Dec. 9 at Chestnut Creek Baptist Church.

Services will be held Dec. 9 at noon at Chestnut Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Terry Smith officiating.

Interment will follow in Chestnut Creek Baptist Cemetery in Verbena.
