Charles Edward Nance, 74, left this earth to meet his heavenly father on Nov. 24.

He was preceded in death by his beloved daughter, Julie Ann Brown, and stepdaughter, Felicia Whitehead.

Nance is survived by his sons, Leland Johnson and Jesse Nance; daughters, Jacque Burkhalter and Nicki Nance; grandchildren, Ashley, Emily, Matthew, Vance, Kadence and J.J.; great-grandchildren, Ava and Aiden and stepchildren, Allen and Carla.

Funeral services will be held Dec. 1 at 11 a.m. at Bessemer Brown Service Funeral Home with burial to follow at Forest Grove Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
