Editor’s note: Below is a compilation of the statistics and achievements for graduates of Chilton County area schools who now compete at the college level.

Women’s cross country
Sarah Graham (Isabella 2015) is a freshman for the University of West Alabama, which collected a third-place finish among the field of eight teams at the Montevallo Falcon Classic on Sept. 19 in Montevallo.
In her most recent appearance, she secured the No. 8 performance for the Tigers at the Mountain Dew Invitational, hosted by the University of Florida on Sept. 19 in Gainesville, Florida.
In the competition, the freshman completed the 5,000-meter course with a time of 20 minutes, 40.16 seconds to place 60th overall and lead the UWA to clinch fourth among the field of 21 teams.
Football
Keandre Binion (Chilton County 2015) secured his second appearance of the season as a running back for Culver-Stockton College (0-5) in a 60-20 loss at Avila University (1-4) on Sept. 26 in Kansas City.
For the season, the freshman’s delivered eight yards from one rushing attempt.
Delondre DeJarnett (Chilton County 2014) is a 6-foot-2, 290-pound defensive lineman for the University of West Alabama.
Anthony Johnson (Maplesville 2013) collected his fourth appearance of the season as a wide receiver for Jacksonville State University (3-1) in a 48-41 victory at the University of Tennessee Martin (1-2) on Sept. 26 in Martin, Tenn.
For the season, the junior’s totaled 16 yards from two receptions.
Damian Mitchell (Maplesville 2014) contributed nearly 100 total yards and recorded his first tackle of the season as a wide receiver and kick returner for the Birmingham-Southern College football team (3-1) in a 41-13 loss at Washington University in St. Louis (2-1) on Sept. 26 in St. Louis.
In the competition, the sophomore led the Panthers’ receiving unit with a season-high 59 yards from four receptions and added 36 yards from two kick returns.
For the season, he’s compiled 158 yards from seven kick returns and 78 yards from six catches.
David Neece (Chilton County 2013) is a 6-foot-3, 300-pound offensive lineman for Jacksonville State University.
Mitchell Parker (Chilton County 2014) is a redshirt freshman wide receiver for Miles College, which improved to 1-3 overall after posting a 13-10 victory at Morehouse College (2-2) on Sept. 26 in Fairfield.
Randy Satterfield (Jemison 2014) provided nine yards from one reception in his fourth start of the season as a wide receiver for the University of West Alabama (4-0) in a 31-22 victory at Texas A&M University-Kingsville (1-3) on Sept. 26 in Kingsville, Texas.
For the year, the sophomore’s tallied 160 yards and four touchdowns through four starts.
Jaytarius Steele (Billingsley 2015) provided 33 yards from two receptions as a wide receiver for Huntingdon College (2-1) in a 35-21 victory at Belhaven University (0-4) on Sept. 26 in Jackson, Miss.
For the season, the freshman’s compiled 159 yards and one touchdown from nine catches.
Javae Swindle (Jemison 2012) has contributed 20 yards from eight rushing attempts for the season as a running back for the University of West Alabama.
For his career, the 5-foot-4, 162-pounder has compiled 1,837 rushing yards complemented with 14 touchdowns.
As a sophomore in 2013, he was selected to the NCAA Division II All-American second team by Beyond Sports Network after compiled 1,296 yards and 12 TDs from 145 carries.
As a junior, he followed by providing 521 yards and two TDs from 78 rushing attempts.
Riley Tindol (Billingsley 2014) is a 6-foot-5, 262-pound defensive end for Vanderbilt University, which fell to 1-3 overall after sustaining a 27-16 loss at Ole Miss (4-2) on Sept. 26 in Oxford, Miss.
Spencer Watley (Chilton County 2013) has competed in one matchup for the season as a 5-foot-10, 260-pound offensive lineman for Jacksonville State University.
Kortlin Zeigler (Jemison 2014) collected his third appearance of the season as a tight end for the University of West Alabama against Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
Men’s golf
Forrest Knight (Chilton County 2013) captured the No. 2 performance for the University of North Alabama men’s golf team at the Saint Leo Men’s Invitational by placing eighth overall with a three-round score of 207 (71-67-69) from Sept. 28-29 in Dade City, Fla.
Among the field of 16 teams, the Lions secured runner-up.
Men’s rodeo
Zachary Wilson (Chilton County 2012) is a member of the University of West Alabama rodeo team, which opened the season by capturing a seventh-place finish at the Missouri Valley Rodeo on Sept. 28 in Marshall, Mo.
Individual results were not available at press time.
From Oct. 8-10, the Tigers will open at the home by hosting the UWA Rodeo Showdown in Livingston.
In 2013, Wilson nabbed a national title in calf roping at the National Finals Rodeo.
Volleyball
Alandra Griffith (isabella 2014) contributed four kills and one dig as an outside hitter for Wallace Community College-Selma (1-2) in a 3-0 loss at Snead State Community College (9-9) on Sept. 22 in Boaz.
On Sept. 25, the freshman followed by delivering posting a game-high three blocks, three kills and one dig in a 3-0 loss at home to Wallace State Community College (22-4) in Selma.
For the season, she’s compiled 43 kills, 18 blocks, four assists, three digs and two aces.
Among the Patriots, she is No. 1 in blocks and No. 2 in kills.
