Glenn Edward Lawrence, 50, of Thorsby, passed away Nov. 24.

He was born on May 11, 1963, in Bibb County, the son of Jimmy E. Lawrence and Diann Brown Bean.

He was a welder.

He is survived by his daughter, Maci Lynn Martinez (Medardo) of Nicaragua; granddaughter, Giana Martinez Lawrence of Nicaragua; mother, Diann Bean of Thorsby; father, Charles E. Bean of Thorsby and Jimmy E. Lawrence of Centreville; brother, Gary Lawrence of Alabaster; sisters, Denise Gardner of Kentucky; Sherry Williams (Ray) of Alabaster; Terry Bean of Alabaster and Lawana Hyde (Lee) of Montevallo.

Friends were received from 5-8 p.m. Nov. 26 at Martin Funeral Home.

Services were held Nov. 27 at 11 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Daniel Wilson officiating.

Interment followed in Martin Memorial Cemetery in Clanton.
