Jewell Marie Dalrymple, 54, of Clanton, passed away on Sept. 13 at her residence.

She was born in Autauga County on Aug. 18, 1959, the daughter of the late Jimmy Henderson and the late Mable Jewell Moates Henderson.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas Jeffery Dalrymple of Clanton; son, Donnie Fondren (Tina) of Jemison; daughter, Felisha Fondren of Clanton; daughter, Christy Jones of Clanton; seven grandchildren, Jessee Fondren, Peyton Fondren, Gunner Fondren, Seth Dalrymple, Grant Fondren, Tessa Fondren and Shawn Paul Jones II; sister, Sandra Smith (Gleen) of Thorsby; sister, Sharon “Sherry” Haynes (Ronnie) of Tenn. and brother, Dale Henderson of Clanton.

She is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Katie Marie Lockhart; father, Jimmy Henderson; mother, Mable Jewell Henderson; brother, Howard Henderson and mother-in-law, Jennie Lee Dalrymple.

Visitation was held Sept. 15 from 5-8 p.m. at Ellison-Cleckler Funeral Home.

Funeral services were held Sept. 16 at 2 p.m. from the Memorial Chapel of Ellison-Cleckler Funeral Home with the Rev. David Bishop officiating.

Burial followed in Pine Hill Cemetery in Jemison.
