Horace Junior Hill, 91, of Clanton died Thursday, Oct. 4, 2012, at his residence in Clanton.

He was born on Sunday, Oct. 2, 1921, in Georgia, son of the late Horace Harold Hill and the late Lillie Mae Albritton Hill.

He was a retired slitter mechanic.

Surviving are wife, Doris D. Hill of Clanton; son, Donn Hill; two daughters, Kathryn (Bob) McCormick, Cynthia (Eugene) Rowin; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held Wednesday, Oct. 10, at Temple Assembly of God at 6:30 p.m. with the Rev. Royce Ellison officiating.
