Elizabeth Golson McGalliard, 84, of Billingsley, died Friday, April 20, 2012.

She was born on Thursday, April 28, 1927, in Autauga County, the daughter of the late H.H. Golson and the late Annie Mae Carter Golson. She was a homemaker.

Surviving are her son, James M. McGalliard of Billingsley; daughter-in-law, Nora Ann McGalliard of Billingsley; granddaughter, Lynn (Stephen) Bland of Prattville; two grandsons, James Ryan (Shannon) McGalliard of Billingsley and John Russell (Tiffany) McGalliard of Billingsley; and five great-grandchildren.

Her husband, James M. McGalliard, preceded her in death.

Friends were received from 5-8 p.m., Sunday, April 22 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services were held Monday, April 23, at 2 p.m. at Indian Grave Baptist with the Rev. Mike MacLemore, the Rev. David Awtrey and the Rev. Leon S. White officiating. Interment followed in Indian Grave Cemetery in Billingsley.
