Royual Wayne Hay, 68, of Clanton died Tuesday, May 31, 2011, at Jackson Hospital in Montgomery.
He was born Monday, June 29, 1942, in Chilton County, son of the late R.W. “Red” Hay and Lois Irene Baker Hay.
He was a minister.
Surviving are his wife, Helen M. Hay of Clanton; two daughters, Sena Renee (David) Player of Charleston, S.C. and Lara Yvonne (Mick) Collins of Charleston, S.C.; mother, Lois Hay of Clanton; brother, Johnny Mack (Wanda) Hay of Clanton; special friend, Penny Mason of Birmingham; and nephews, Davy and Eric Hay of Clanton.
He was preceded in death by his father, R.W. “Red” Hay.
Friends will be received from 1-3 p.m., Friday, June 3 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.
Services will be held Friday, June 3 at 3 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tony D. Smitherman officiating.
Interment will follow in Highland Baptist Cemetery in Clanton.
