Geraldine Frances Johnson, 64, of Clanton died Sunday, May 29, 2011, at Hatley Health Care in Clanton.

She was born Monday, Sept. 9, 1946, in Chilton County, daughter of the late Julius Raymond Johnson and the late Berlin Frances Caton Johnson.

She was a homemaker.

Surviving are her two brothers, Carroll L. (Dorothy) Johnson of Clanton and Rhonie G. Johnson of Clanton; sister, Julia J. Thomas of Clanton; six nieces, Lottie J. West of Birmingham, Janice J. Howell of Pinson, Jacque J. Burkhalter of Clanton, Rachel J. Acreman of Clanton, Monica T. King of Auburn and Macee L. Thomas of Clanton; four nephews, Leland W. Johnson of Chicago, Timothy M. Johnson of Auburn, Adam W. Thomas of Birmingham and Daniel J. Thomas of Birmingham; nine great nieces; seven great nephews; three great-great nieces; and one great-great nephew.

Services will be held Wednesday, June 1 at 2 p.m. at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church.

Interment will follow in Mt. Pleasant Baptist Cemetery.
