Ethel M. Lett, 79, of Clanton died Wednesday, April 27, 2011, at Hatley Health Care in Clanton.

She was born Monday, Jan. 25, 1932, in Chilton County, daughter of the late Jasper Cleckler and the late Rosie Taylor Cleckler.

She was a homemaker.

Surviving are her husband, James E.  Lett of Clanton; son, Jimmy Dale Lett of Clanton; two daughters, Sandra Davis of Clanton and Debra Cleckler of Clanton; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; two brothers, Jasper Cleckler Jr. of Clanton and Cecil Cleckler of Clanton; and sister, Inez Cleckler of Clanton.

Services will be held Friday, April 29 at 11 a.m. at Zion Ridge Church of God with the Rev. Mike Cleckler officiating.

Interment will follow in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery in Clanton.
