HIGH FLYING: BMX stunt group to perform

Clanton First United Methodist Church will host a bicycle motorcross BMX event for everyone in the community on Friday, April 8 from 6-8 p.m.

The children and youth ministries at the church have united to deliver a positive message and bring kids in the community a night of fun and fellowship.

This photo from outcastbmx.com shows some of the high-flying moves performed by the group coming to Clanton First United Methodist Church on April 8.

“The BMX group OUTCAST will be riding on half pikes and performing BMX tricks,” said Children’s Minister Chanel Bingham.

Hip Hop artist CZ, along with the band Elevate, will open the event, with OUTCAST BMX being the main attraction.

OUTCAST will share their talent of extreme bike stunts and will showcase

their skills, as they soar through the air on their bikes.

“Each team member has competed and performed on a professional level, so you will not be disappointed,” said Bingham.

This event at the church is free for the community, and refreshments will be served.
