For Thanksgiving, Thursday, Nov. 25 and the Friday after, numerous businesses will be closed for the holiday.

Listed are the following closings and schedule changes:

Clanton City Hall will be closed Thursday and Friday, and residents should put their trash out at 6 a.m., one day prior to regular pickup and leave it out until it is picked up.

Jemison Municipal Complex will be closed Thursday and Friday, and Thursday’s trash will be picked up on Wednesday, and Friday’s trash will be picked on Monday.

Thorsby Town Hall will be closed Thursday and Friday, and there will be no trash pickup Thursday or Friday.

Maplesville Town Hall, Utility Board and Library will be closed Thursday and Friday. There will be no trash pickup Friday but will resume on Monday.
