Chilton Medical Center would like to thank the community for coming out and supporting the Annual Community Health Fair this year. We had over 200 visitors from the community.

We would also like to thank all of the health fair vendors and businesses that supported us through donations such as door prizes.

Chilton Medical Center is very proud to be a part of a giving community. If you missed us this year we hope to see you all next year at this annual event.
