Lucille Burnett Ellison, 84, of Clanton died Wednesday, June 30, 2010, at Hatley Health Care in Clanton.
She was born Sunday, July 5, 1925, in Chilton County, daughter of the late Houston Burnett and the late Minnie Ellison Burnett.
She was a sewing factor worker.
Surviving are her daughter, Linda (J.T.) Glasscock of Clanton; two sons, Donald (Patty) Ellison of Clanton and Jr. Dale Ellison of Clanton; seven grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; special grandchildren, Johnnie and Christy Ellison; and special great grandchild, Kendrick Ellison.
She was preceded in death by her son, Gene Ellison; son, Jessie Lee Ellison; great granddaughter, Courtney Jones; brother, Obie Lee Burnett; brother, L.P. Burnett; sister, Eloise Reynolds; and sister, Essie Faye Varden.
Services will be held Friday, July 2 at 1 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Carlton Clark and the Rev. J. Aaron Ellison officiating.
Interment will follow in Archers Chapel Methodist in Clanton.
