Some of you might have noticed the past couple of weeks we have ran a column from Thorsby resident Lisa Moon.

Moon along with Maplesville’s Jennifer Little are our first two community columnists. These writers will cover the ins and outs of their communities, writing about people and events that are sometimes overlooked. Their feel good stories will cover churches, schools, community happenings and more that will enrich our coverage.

We hope in the coming weeks to have community correspondents in place for all of our communities, including Clanton, Jemison, Verbena, Isabella and Lake Mitchell. So, stay on the lookout for those articles.
