Rodney Lynn Carroll, 46, of Clanton died Saturday, April 17, 2010, at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster.
He was born Friday, April 26, 1963, in Chilton County, son of the late Rodney Claude Carroll and the late Betty Littleton.
He was an iron furnace supervisor.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Wanda Farris Carroll of Thorsby; two sons, Mr. Eddie (Johnah) Carroll of Thorsby and Mr. Zac (Brittany) Carroll of Thorsby; grandson, Braylon Carroll of Thorsby; two sisters, Mrs. Gwen (Mike) Taylor of Jemison and Mrs. Kim (Eddie) Day of Jemison; two brothers, Mr. Keith (Leah) Wilkins of Thorsby and Mr. Ray (Joy) Dunn of Jemison; and step-father, Mr. Kenneth Dunn of Jemison.
Services were held Monday, April 19 at 2 p.m. at Robinson Springs Baptist Church with the Rev. David Farris; the Rev. Harold Farris; the Rev. Edward Farris and the Rev. Bobby Littleton officiating.
