Mary Ann Snow Short, 65, of Jemison passed away on April 5, 2010. She is a member of the National Board of Nursing, a Salvation Army volunteer and CRNA Association member.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Mildred Snow.
Survivors included her husband, William Amos “Pete” Short Jr.; sons, William A. “Trey” Short III, Kevin Short, Jonathan Short, Christopher (Chris) Short; daughter, Mary Ann McLeod (Cody); grandchildren, Will Gunter Short, Lavrel Addie Short, Mary Annabella and Oliver McLeod; and sister, Carol Jean Quinn (Don).
Funeral services were held at Garywood Assembly of God Friday, April 9 at 10 a.m. with burial in Forest Grove Memorial Gardens. Pastor John A. Loper Sr. officiated. Visitation was Thursday, April 8 at Garywood Assembly of God from 5-9 p.m.
1 Chronicles 16:34: “Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; His faithful love endures forever. In lieu of flowers, family requests that donations be made to the Salvation Army in her fame.”
