William Edward Dorminey, 63, of Jemison died Sunday, April 11, 2010, at his residence.
He was born Saturday, Dec. 14, 1946, in Chilton County, son of the late James Dorminey and the late Lilly Muncher Dorminey.
He was a carpenter.
Surviving are his three sons, Bart Dorminey of Jemison, Rusty Dorminey of Jemison and Jay Dorminey of Shelby; two daughters, Shelley D. Anderson of Jemison and Rachel Dorminey of Thorsby; 12 grandchildren; and two brothers, Sammy Joe Dorminey of Pawnee and Jimmie Ray Dorminey of Jemison.
Friends will be received from 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, April 13 at Martin Funeral Home.
Services will be held Wednesday, April 14 at 2 p.m. at Union Grove Baptist Church.
Interment will follow in Union Grove Community Cemetery.
