Chilton County’s golf team appears to be primed for the playoffs.

The Tigers on Monday bested Stanhope Elmore at The Pines in Millbrook, 217-321,

Forrest Knight had the best round for CCHS, shooting 74 on 18 holes.

Chase Parrish shot a 79, Blake Jenkins had an 80, and Ivan Truss an 84.

Then, on Tuesday, CCHS shot a 153 at Timberline, better than Calera’s 186 and Chelsea’s 200.

Jenkins and Truss led the way this time with a 37 on nine holes.

Knight shot a 39, and Grantland Karn shot a 40.

The Tigers are now 5-2.
