The county baseball tournament scheduled for Saturday at Maplesville has been canceled, according to Maplesville coach Derrick Littleton.

The field is still in poor shape because of recent rains.

Littleton said he would work with the coaches of participating teams in an effort to find a date that would work for the rescheduling of the event.
