Jim Logan Larson, 62, of Verbena died Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2009, at Jackson Hospital in Montgomery.
He was born Wednesday, Feb. 19, 1947, in Alabama, son of the late Henry Logan and the late Lucille Robinson Logan.
He was a heavy equipment operator.
Surviving are his two daughters, Mrs. Michelle (Joe) Holley of Verbena and Mrs. Angie (Jeff) Rawlinson of Verbena; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and brother, Mr. Gerald (Maxine) Logan of Clanton.
He was preceded in death by his son, Mr. James Scott Logan; mother and father, Henry and Lucille Logan.
Friends will be received from 9:30 to 10 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 2.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, Jan. 2 at 11 a.m. at Chestnut Creek Baptist Cemetery with the Rev. Ricky Cobern officiating.
