Jimmy Eugene Baker, 60, of Clanton died Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2009, at VA Medical Center, Birmingham.
He was born Saturday, April 16, 1949, in Chilton County, son of the late Carlton Baker and Effie Thomas Baker.
He was a truck driver.
Surviving are his wife, Kathy Baker of Clanton; daughter, Kim Baker of Clanton; son, Keith Baker of Clanton; five grandchildren; one great-grandson; mother, Effie Baker of Clanton; brothers, Clarence Baker of Clanton and Glenn Baker; and four sisters, Kathy Farris of Clanton, Voncille Wyatt of Clanton, Emergene Moore of Clanton and Verenille Knight of Clanton.
Friends will be received from 5-8 p.m., Friday, Nov. 27, 2009 at Martin Funeral Home.
Services will be held Saturday, Nov. 28, 2009, at 2:30 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Bobby Martin officiating.
Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery Clanton.
