Ruby Nell Posey “Jo” Weeks, 74, of Randolph died Sunday, Nov. 8, 2009, at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster.
She was born Friday, June 21, 1935, in Alabama, daughter of the late Napoleon Posey and the late Minnie Cofer Posey.
She was a homemaker.
Surviving are her daughter, Kathy (Davis) Culpepper of Jemison; son, Sydney (Debra) Weeks of Randolph; sister, Annie Posey of Jemison; brother, Jim (Joyce) Posey of Jemison; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services were held Tuesday, Nov. 10 at 11 a.m. at Union Springs Baptist with Bro. Steve Johnson and Bro. Evie Megginson officiating.
Interment will follow in Union Springs Cemetery in Randolph.
