Joyce G. Glenn, 68, of Verbena died Sunday, Nov. 1, 2009, at her residence.
She was born Tuesday, Oct. 28, 1941, in Autauga County, daughter of the late C.W. Gray and the late Essie Pearl Grier.
She was an operator.
Surviving are her husband, James L. Glenn of Verbena; two daughters, Angie (James) Ciesla of Verbena and Jamie (Kevin) Baldwin of Verbena; three granddaughters, Ashley (David) Price of Verbena, Joyce Baldwin of Verbena and Lauren Ciesla of Verbena; two grandsons, Brad Hogan of Verbena and James Baldwin of Verbena; great granddaughters, Kelsey Price and Bailey Ciesla of Verbena; three brothers, Bufford (Ruby) Gray of Wetumpka, Bruce (Rita) Gray of Wetumpka and Claxton (Mary) Gray of Marbury; and special friends, Ralph and Linda Bearse, and Randal and Dale Mims.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Essie Pearl Gray; and brother, Kermith Gray.
Friends will be received from 12-2 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 3 at Martin Funeral Home.
Services will be held Tuesday, Nov. 3 at 2 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert SandiFier and the Rev. Tony Christiansen officiating.
Interment will follow in New Harmony Baptist Cemetery in Elmore.
