In a little less than 11 months, The Advertiser’s Web site, www.clantonadvertiser.com, has been viewed by more than 1,000,000 online readers.

On Sunday, May 31, the Web site surpassed the million mark and finished the day with a total of 1,002,958.

This total is for The Advertiser’s new Web site, launched Monday, June 14, 2008.

In that time these readers have viewed more than 4.5 million pages, with the front page and the obituaries and classifieds reeving a large number of views.

Later in June, The Advertiser will be launching a new, daily e-mail newspaper, providing the latest headlines and links to more information online.
