Mildred Gaylor

Mildred Nelson Gaylor, age 87 and a resident of Clanton, passed away at her residence Sunday, May 17 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, May 19 at 3 p.m. from Chestnut Creek Cemetery with the Rev. Ed Henne officiating.
Mrs. Calfee was preceded in death by two husbands, George O. Gaylor Jr. and Robert Calfee; a son, George O. Gaylor III.
Survivors include two daughters, Donna Jarry of Montgomery and Susan Miller of Prattville; two sons, Dr. Michael J. Gaylor of Clanton and Glenn N. Gaylor of Montgomery; 29 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be David Gaylor, Rodney Hurst, Maj. Randy Cadieux, Ryan Miller, Nathan Miller and Ron Boles.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, May 19 from 1-2 p.m. Everyone will assemble at the cemetery at 2 p.m.
