No one was reportedly injured in a late afternoon accident in Lomax Wednesday afternoon.

The two-car accident happened on U.S. Highway 31 near Karl’s One Stop and involved a Toyota Corolla and a heavy-duty Ford truck. Both cars sustained damage.

Emergency officials from the Clanton Fire Deparmtent and the Clanton Police Department. This is the second consecutive week an accident at this intersection has occured.
