Chilton County’s tennis team ended its regular season Tuesday with a 7-2 win over Jemison.

The Tigers finished the season with a 12-1 record.

Singles results were (with CCHS players listed first): Cody Jones, Blake Beard 6; Michael Elder 8, Cole Thompson 0; Andy Foshee 8, Drew Posey 4; Cody Cummings 8, Bronson Langston 4; Justin Mims 8, Brandon Jones 2; Nicholas Lyn 3, Jake Long 8.

Doubles results were: Jones/Foshee 8, Beard/A.J. Oaks 2; Elder/Cummings 8, Thompson/Posey 4; Mims/Nathan Gray 8, Andrew Morton/Long 9 (7-5).

The Tigers also defeated Holtville, 9-0, on Monday.

Singles results were: Jones 10, Larry Pritchett 7; Elder 10, Zach Rone 2; Foshee 10, Ryan White 0; Cummings 10, Ben Ray 3; Mims 10, Zack Ray 7; Gray 10, Caleb Rucker 5.

Doubles results were: Jones/Foshee 10, Pritchett/B. Ray 4; Elder/Cummings 10, Rone/Z. Ray 1; David Smith/Lyn 11, Rucker/White 9.
