Five-year-old Shania Menoza-Meza was killed in a one-vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon on County Road 146.

In a report issued Wednesday night by the Alabama Department of Public Safety, one other occupant, Maria Meza-Arias Delourdes, was also injured in the accident.

The two were traveling in a 2003 Tahoe.
