Reward offered for missing Yorkie

Dear Editor,

I am writing this letter asking the person who picked up a Yorkie on Feb. 10 to please return him to his family. He was wearing a blue collar with the name and phone number of his owners.

He is a very dear member of our family and we miss him very much. My granddaughter misses him so much; she would giggle every time he came into the room with her.

We are offering a $500 reward for his safe return. He also has allergies and requires shots every six weeks and it is time for his heart worm pill which he was due to get on March 28.

Please return him to us as we have had Leo every since he was a puppy, he was a graduation gift for my daughter-in-law.

The person who picked him up must know how to get in touch with us and I cannot understand how someone could take a pet that they knew would be missed terribly.

The person who picked Leo up may have removed the collar and gave him to someone else as a gift. If this is the case, I hope the person who now has Leo will read this letter and understand Leo was taken from us. Please call us at 755-2640 or 389-2136.

Again, I am asking that our dear Leo be returned to us.
