Clara Niswander Payne, 88, of Randolph died Tuesday, March 3 at her residence.

Survivors include her son, William (Jean) Niswander; sisters, Ethel Duncan and Mary Sue Niswander; good friend, Jean Graham; four nephews and a niece.

Services will be held today, Thursday, March 5, at 2 p.m., at Shady Grove Baptist Church in Randolph with Bro. Calvin Crocker officiating. Visitation will be held at the church beginning one hour prior to the service.
Burial will follow in Shady Grove Cemetery, Randolph.
