Ann Glasscock works hard every day at her family owned department store located in Clanton, Corner Fair. She is part of many organizations including, Relay for Life co-chairman; Arthritis Walk co-chairman and United Way volunteer. She is also a member of the Chilton County Board of Education.

She is married to Tommy Glasscock and together they have three daughters, Morgan, Lynsie and Rachel. Glasscock became a public servant because she felt that through charity work she could help give back to the community in which she lives.

“I really enjoy getting to help people and I have been able to do that a lot through the charities that I work for,î she said. ìI really love getting to see the difference that we all make through helping others.”

Glasscock said that she stays and works on the Board of Education because she wants to help change the lives of the younger generations. She said that by being on the board she has some say in the types of things that schools need which in return helps to give the students more.
