A Thorsby firefighter sprays water into the roof of this home on Crumpton Street in Thorsby yesterday after the house caught fire around 9:30 a.m. The fire damaged one corner of the house but did not appear to hurt the rest of the home. Thorsby and Collins Chapel fire departments responded to the blaze. However, fire officials were called back to the home later in the afternoon because the fire had rekindled. The cause of the blaze was unknown as of press time.
