Ruby Grace Jones Mims, 87, of Clanton died Jan. 28 at her residence.
She was born on Wednesday, May 4, 1921 in Chilton County, daughter of the late Jimmy Jones Sr. and the late Lula Cleckler Jones.
She was a secretary.
Surviving are her son, Kenneth (Geraldine) Mims of Clanton; brother, Jimmy Jones Jr. of Clanton; grandson, Dirk Mims of Clanton; two granddaughters, Gwenn Smitherman of Randolph and Rhonda Brasher of Clanton; and six great-granchildren.
Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 30, at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 30, at Maple Springs Cemetery with the Rev. Roland Davis officiating.
