Mr. and Mrs. Steve Pate of Clanton would like to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Stefanie Larissa Pate, to James Brady “Brad” Dearman, the son of Randy and Sandy Dearman of Demopolis and Sonny and Ramona Jackson of Meridian, Miss.

Stefanie and Brad met in graduate school at the University of Alabama where they both received their master’s degrees in business administration.

Upon graduation, Stefanie worked at a private investment firm in New York City, and Brad joined the the management firm team at Target Corporation in Minneapolis, Minn.

Stefanie and Brad will be married Jan. 24 at 5 p.m. at Mathews Manor in Springville. Invitations have been sent. A reception will follow the ceremony.

After a honeymoon in Vale, Colo., Stefanie and Brad will reside in Minneapolis, Minn.
