Dear Editor,

I am proud as a parent to see that hunting is being recognized as a great sport.

It is not only about the hunt but also about teaching our children the virtue of spending time in this great big world that God has created and spending time as family.

Some of my fondest memories are of me and my daddy hunting together. Even as I have gotten older, my dad and I still enjoy a good rabbit race together.

Thanks again, for covering a variety of sports and letting us all enjoy our kids!
