Several local churches are hosting special services on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day for anyone who would like to attend. The following is a list highlighting some of these events:

Christmas Eve

Tomorrow night from 5-6, Grace Fellowship Church will host a Christmas Eve candlelight service featuring handbells and other instrumental music. The church is located on Highway 22 next to Martin Funeral Home. A nursery will be provided for attendees. For more information, please call 755-4150.

Liberty Hill Baptist Church will host a candlelight service beginning at 5 p.m. The church is located at 5800 County Road 37. For more details about this service, please call 755-1694.

Clanton First United Methodist Church invites the community to its annual Christmas Eve Communion service at 5 p.m.

Christmas Day

Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church in Maplesville will hold Christmas services beginning at 9 p.m. followed by brunch. The church is located at 176 Shepard Hill Road. For more information, please call (334) 366-5300.

Mulberry Baptist Church will be serving Christmas dinner from noon until 2 p.m. All those who ordered take-out plates should receive them during this time, or they are welcome to dine at the church located on County Road 15 past Isabella High School.
