Cecil Grover Hubbard, 82, of Clanton died Saturday, Nov. 22, at Hatley Health Care, Clanton.
He was born on Saturday, Feb. 13, 1926, in Chilton County, son of the late Samuel Hubbard and the late Betty Ray Hubbard. He was a laborer.
Surviving are his three Sons, Kenneth G. Hubbard of Clanton, Clinton E. (Melinda) Hubbard of Clanton, Gary E. (Amelia) Hubbard of Clanton; daughter, Teresa A. (Sammy) Hubbard of Jemison; sister, Janice Davis of Alabaster; two brothers, Marion (Laura Belle) Hubbard of Sylacauga, Horace Hubbard of Sylacauga; 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lois C. Hubbard.
Friends were received from 5-8 p.m., Monday, Nov. 24, at Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Tuesday, Nov. 25, at 11 a.m. at Mt. Springs Methodist-Protestant Church with the Rev. Jeff Carroll and the Rev. Willard Scott officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Springs Cemetery.
