Tereasa Sanders of Clanton and Corey Stedwell of Jemison were recognized as “Senior Elite” at the University of Montevallo’s 74th annual Elite Night program on Nov. 13.

The distinction of “Senior Elite” is the highest honor bestowed by an academic department at Montevallo. Sanders was chosen by the College of Education as the child and family studies program’s “Senior Elite.” Stedwell was selected from the chemistry department by the College of Arts and Sciences.
