Dear Editor,

As a concerned citizen, I would like to comment about the history making presidential election we just had. Our country and our families are in trouble. Blame it on Bush or the Democrats in Congress; the damage is done.

I supported the Republican Party and voted for John McCain.I voted for him not because he was white nor because Obama was black. I voted for him because of the values he and Sarah Palin stand for. Everyone has the right to vote for who they choose.

I pray no one voted for Obama in order to “make history.” And we as “A Nation Under God” need to pray for anyone voting for Obama because of the things he stands for.
