Two Chilton County students received blue ribbons for their work in a poster contest observing Farm-City Week. The awards were presented Thursday night at the annual Chilton County Farm-City Banquet at the Helen Parrish Activity Center.

Brittany Hatley (left), sixth grade student at Clanton Middle School, and Erristen Evans, second grade student at Jemison Elementary, are this year’s Farm-City poster winners for Chilton County. The theme is “Pathways to Progress.” Their teachers are Kim Crumpton and Tracy Roberts, respectively.
