A 47-year-old man was found dead in a trailer in the Enterprise community Friday night.

Chilton County Deputy Coroner Awlahjaday Agee identified the victim as Alan Wayne McAlpin. Although his driver’s license identified his hometown as Deatsville, the victim had been renting the trailer located on County Road 447.

Agee said the victim had been dead for “a while” but didn’t say just how long ago the victim had died. He also added that there was no foul play involved, and the cause of death was due to natural causes.
