John Barlow Rudd, 39, of Sylacauga died Sunday, Oct. 19, at Coosa Valley Medical Center, Sylacauga.
He was born on Wednesday, Sept. 17, 1969, in Alabama, son of James D. Rudd Sr. and Mary Traylor Rudd. He was a car wash technician.
Survivors include his mother, Mary Rudd of Sylacauga; father, James B Rudd, Sr. of Sylacauga; two sons, Avery Lowery of Bessemer, Bryan McGinnis of Sylacauga, brother, James “Jamie” B Rudd, Jr. of Sylacauga; sister, Amanda Rudd Martin of Clanton; two nephews, Daniel Rudd of Sylacauga, Max Martin of Clanton; niece, Bevin Hawkins of Clanton.

Friends were received from 1-2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 22, at Curtis Funeral Home in Sylacauga. Graveside services were held Wednesday, Oct. 22, at 2 p.m. at Evergreen Cemetery with the Rev. David Deter officiating.
