The Chilton County High junior varsity team’s record dropped to 3-3 on Thursday night as visiting Hoover took a 34-7 win.

CCHS’s only score came when quarterback Dylan Jackson found Talon Below from about 30 yards out 10 seconds into the second quarter.

Zach Headley added the extra point that cut the Tigers’ deficit to 13-7, but Hoover added two more scores in the first half and pulled away in the second half.

Chilton hosts Maplesville on Oct. 21.
