Isabella on Monday won its 11th consecutive area championship in a tournament that also saw Thorsby advance to the next round of the state playoffs.

Isabella defeated Thorsby 25-10, 25-12, 25-20 in the championship game after the Rebels topped St. Jude 25-17, 25-15, 25-12.

Carissa Eiland (11 kills), Krysta Tyler (16 assists, five aces and two digs) and Amber Wyatt (nine kills and four blocks) were named to the all-tournament team for Isabella. Brittany Maddox (12 kills, seven digs and four aces in two matches) and Stephanie Moore (seven kills and six digs) were honored for Thorsby.
