CCHS defeats Selma
Chilton County High School returned two interceptions for touchdowns to defeat Selma 15-6.
The defense was stout all night for the Tigers as they earned their second win of the season and kept their playoff hopes alive. The two interception returns were of 10 and 90 yards.
Selma scored its only touchdown on a 96-yard run.
Patrick Norman’s 21-yard field goal late in the fourth quarter gave the Tigers much needed insurance.
CCHS’s defense then didn’t allow a first down on the final two drives.
