The theme of this year’s ACCSHRMA conference is “The Power of Diversity.”

Academy Award-winning actress Marlee Matlin, Tim Allston of Allston Communications and Dr. Shelly Stewart, founder and president of The Mattie C. Stewart Foundation will serve as the keynote speakers at the general sessions. The two-day conference will include an extensive range of diversity-related topics presented by educators, human resource professionals and other experts on this topic.

ACCSHRMA developed its annual diversity conference to accomplish its goals of developing and promoting more efficient practices in the human resources management of Alabama’s two-year colleges.
