Baker recognized: Fern Baker was honored yesterday at the Chilton County Courthouse after nearly 32 years of service. On hand for the occasion were District Judge Rhonda Hardesty, Sen. Hank Erwin, Baker, Rep. Jimmy Martin and Circuit Clerk Glenn McGriff. Erwin presented Baker with Alabama State Senate resolution recognizing Baker for his service.
