Dear Editor,

I truly understand the panic on Friday concerning the gas prices, what I do not understand are the gas stations that went up every 45 to an hour on the prices of the fuel they already had in their tanks?

That truly to me is price gouging, and I feel all the stations in Alabama and across the country should be ashamed of themselves. It was totally uncalled for, all they did was line their pockets on Friday and made themselves richer for the day.

We have families just like they do, and we trust that they will provide us with a fair price. Instead they took advantage of everyone.
